Effective Dates On Provider Portal

Member Effective Dates on the Provider Portal can sometimes show a date in the future due to recent system changes. The date in the future does not necessarily mean the member is not currently eligible. You may still process your case and once the member information and dates of service are entered, the portal will provide you with an alert should the member not have current coverage. If you would like to check member eligibility prior to portal submission, eligibility can be accessed 24/7 by calling IVRS at 813-272-5555. All other eligibility questions can be referred to HCHCP customer service at 813-272-5040.
